Personal
Sometimes it’s always better to keep things professional. After all we run businesses and not a school. And also I am recently realising that I am also encouraging toxic behaviors among peers. I would love to repeat myself “encouraging”. Because when you do not revolt against it, it also is quite literally meaning that you are encouraging it. I could have or should have nipped it when the issue was beginning to bud. It is never going to bother me personally thougghhh, but my fu**ing work is suffering. and NOWWW THAT’S A PROBLEM WE HAVE GOT. What do we do? We do noott let work suffer. And how do we do that ?? We ask our thick skull that is failing to see the problems in hand for as it is some good questions that it will understand.
Is there space for growth here ? Am I being happy here ? Am I doing the right thing ?
Does this mean that i cannooooot survive this without the situation ??? And the answer is -NOOO :)
So whyyy Varsha ? Remember “adapt-re-strategies-relaunch”. You speak about all this and you fail to see them in lifee ? I think it’s super high time we need to be doing this. We have seen a looooot before this in this journey. A lot. From the college times to BlackPages to Deftlab to Redo Store to ArchSimplified to a tons moree. I think this will become one of the stories that I will be taking as a great lesson in my entrepreneurial journey.
Nowwww, on to the gameee where things are getting really exciting for Vee. REALLY EXCITING. Paddle up Varsha, you have a freaking business to run, this timeeee your wayyy.
P.s.: I am not going to forget this day for sure. A remarkable day that taught me a very valuable lesson. “I am not letting anybody else screwing up my headspace for lameeeeeee reasons”, one hundred percent.
Let’s go,
We got bigger things to do,
With love, courage and tons of resilience,
Varsha Anand.
